Why You Felt Crazy

“Your nervous system wasn’t broken. It learned exactly what you taught it.”

Quinn Morgan, Why You Felt Crazy

I didn't set out to be an author.

I set out to survive.

For years I was the woman who had it together, or at least that's what it looked like from the outside. I showed up. I loved hard. I built a life that by every measure looked perfectly fine. But behind closed doors something was quietly unraveling me. I didn't have the words for it yet. I just knew that I felt confused all the time, that I was always apologizing, always explaining myself, always wondering what was wrong with me.

Turns out nothing was wrong with me.

I was being gaslit.

It took me a long time to even say that word out loud. And even longer to believe it applied to my own life. That's the thing about narcissistic abuse I was blind to it. It crept in slowly, disguised as love, wrapped in just enough warmth to keep you doubting what you know to be true.

Writing became the place I could finally be honest. Not for anyone else just for me. And somewhere in those pages I started to find myself again. I felt validated seeing what I wrote and comparing it to other pages, seeing the patters form before my eyes. I was becoming the woman who existed before someone else rewrote her story.

Why You Felt Crazy came out of that process. So did My Clarity Journal and the Healing Worksheets. Every single tool I offer is something I wish I'd had when I was in the thick of it. When clarity felt completely out of reach and I didn't trust a single one of my own thoughts.

I write under the name Quinn Morgan to protect my privacy. But everything I share is real. The confusion, the guilt, the tiny moments that finally made the truth undeniable,  I've lived all of it.

If you've ever been made to feel like you were losing your mind,  too sensitive,

or just too much, this space is for you.

You're not crazy. You're waking up.

And you don't have to do it alone.
